国际篮联(FIBA)先前公布的所有官方解释。 整个《篮球规则官方解释》的文本,同等地适用于所有的性别并应相应地予以 阅读理解。 前言 该FIBA正式篮球规则已被FIBA中央局批准,并由FIBA技术委员会定期 修订。 规则尽可能地保持清楚和全面,但是它们表述的是原则而不是比赛情况。不管 到什么程度,它们不可能囊括在一场篮球比赛中可能遇到的各样丰富的具体战例。
