Letter of complaint
Dear sir/madam,
I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the tablet that I had purchased on 30th,May.
The tablet has a severe quality defect, which is reflected in the fact that when I turned it on, I saw nothing but a black screen. It is obvious that the device cannot be powered on. Therefore, I sent an email to the customer center to explain the issue I encountered and provided the order number (No.20240588) to request a refund.
What makes me most angry is that I received no reply from the customer center, which made me feel deceived.
Based on the above reasons, I am writing this letter to clearly state my request — please refund my money within three days, otherwise I will file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Association.
I hope you could reply as soon as possible.
