Remy works at a bread manufacturing company and is responsible for the cutting machine that slices the breadbefore packaging. Remy has been with the company for five years and is very familiar with their safety procedures,
which includes protective clothing and gloves. One day as Remy is using the cutting machine, he notices that the
machine is making a grinding noise and seems to be cutting in an unusual way. He is concerned about the proper
functioning of the machine and advises his supervisor that he is not comfortable using the machine while it appears
to be malfunctioning. His supervisor yells at him and tells him that if he isn't going to do his work, he should go
home. The supervisor further states that he won't be paid. Is the supervisor right?
